Our products are made in small batches or by hand, and the production cycle is usually 5–30 days. Different processes, materials and order volumes affect the actual time. We will start scheduling production after the order is confirmed, please let us know in advance if you have any special time needs.
Items are immediately processed for quality inspection and packaging after production, usually within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information after the shipment is shipped.
After production starts (usually around 24 hours after the order is placed), the order is locked and cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
Some products support customization of colors, sizes, or patterns. If you have special needs for certain products, you can contact our customer service to confirm the feasibility and customization cycle (customized products are usually close to 30 days production time).
